What happens after you call?

You tell us briefly what happened and send us your location, easiest by WhatsApp. We work out with you the vehicle and destination and tell you the price before anyone drives out. After that our partner on the ground picks up your vehicle and brings it to the agreed place.

Towing after a breakdown or accident

From a classic tow to an accident, fire or serious damage: we collect your vehicle safely and bring it to a garage, home, or another destination. The vehicle is usually loaded onto a flatbed. That protects the gearbox, axles and electronics, and even vehicles that can no longer roll or steer can still be transported.

Recovery: when the vehicle isn't on the road

If a vehicle is in a ditch, on an embankment, or wedged between obstacles, it's not just towing that's needed but recovery. Tell us how the vehicle is positioned, whether it's tipped over, and whether fuel or oil is leaking. If anyone is injured or there's a fire risk, call 112 first. • For electric or hybrid vehicles, mention it right away on the phone

Where can the vehicle go?

In principle, wherever you want it: your usual garage, the brand's dealership, a dealer, or your home. After an accident someone else caused, their liability insurer usually only covers the trip to the nearest suitable garage. Vehicle transport without urgency

Not every trip is urgent. If the vehicle is already parked safely, we can plan the transport for a convenient time, for example to a garage, a dealer, or a buyer or seller. That also applies to unregistered vehicles, accident-damaged cars and classic cars, where the transport needs to be especially gentle.

Towing on motorways around Cologne
