Towing for cars and vans

If nothing more can be done on site, your vehicle is loaded onto a flatbed and taken wherever you'd like: your usual garage, a brand dealer workshop, home, or a safe parking spot.

Roadside assistance on the spot

Not every breakdown needs a tow truck. Often the problem can be solved right there:

Accident recovery

After an accident, we take care of towing and recovery, even if the vehicle is in a ditch or off the carriageway. Good to know: if the accident wasn't your fault, the other driver's liability insurance usually covers the towing costs.

Electric and hybrid vehicles

Most EVs can't be towed on their own wheels. We arrange loading onto a flatbed instead, so the electronics stay undamaged. After an accident, the vehicle is properly secured.

Motorcycles, motorhomes and trailers

Motorcycles, scooters, smaller motorhomes and trailers are also transported safely. For larger vehicles, please tell us the length and weight so we can send the right vehicle.

Broken down? Here's what to do now

1. Hazard lights on and, if possible, pull onto the hard shoulder, a lay-by or a car park.
2. Put on a hi-vis vest before getting out. On the motorway, get out on the passenger side.
3. Move behind the crash barrier, together with all passengers.
4. Set up a warning triangle: on the motorway at least 150 metres behind the vehicle (roughly three guide posts), on a country road about 100 metres, in town about 50 metres.
